Next you want to get rid of unnecessary
clutter in the house. When a buyer is brought into a home and they see a ton of
clutter or mess, they cannot see the potential of the home, because they are so
distracted by the mess. You have to remember you are selling the house, not the
items in the house.
You must also remember to let go of any
emotional attachment you have to the home. You’re planning on moving anyway, so
there is no reason to risk losing a sale simply because you do not like what the
buyer is offering or even critiquing about the home. A lot of time this can
scare a potential buyer away or have them back out of the deal. If a buyers
asks to include an item in your home in the sale, do it. Something as small as
that can determine the buyers interest. And in most cases when you move you
wont use the said item, nor will you miss it once you are in your new
home.
